Shipping Policy
 
We deliver to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska & Hawaii!!!
 
Our customers’ orders are packed and shipped during week days only. Generally, orders are shipped within 24 hours from the order date. Orders placed on the weekend and select holidays are handled on the next business day.
 
Alaska and Hawaii only Standard shipping available (Which in some cases can take longer than as expected.) Please, feel free to call us or email us with any questions.
 
Currently we don’t ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses in the United States.

Shipping options
 

  • Standard Shipping: $7.50 
  • Express Shipping: $20
  • International Shipping: shipping calculated at checkout.

 
Standard Shipping
After you get an e-mail confirmation, you will receive your order just about three to seven business days, not including holidays.
Please be mindful that additional transit times for AK & HI may take up to 3 - 10 business days. 


Express Shipping
After you get an e-mail confirmation, you will receive your order just about two to three business days, not including holidays. 
 
International shipping 
International shipping is calculated at checkout.
All international packages are subject to duties and taxes by the local customs authority. Import duties and taxes are not included in the product cost or shipping cost. These charges are your responsibility. The cost of duties, customs, and taxes are determined by the country. Agnes and Amalie do not collect duties and taxes during the order transaction process. Please check with the local carrier for duties and taxes. 
 

Wrong address
We at Agnes and Amalie are not responsible for wrong address in placed orders, due to incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the client.
 Once our system receives the address information, automatically creates the label and the package is shipped.

Lost or Stolen packages
We at Agnes and Amalie are not responsible for lost and stolen parcels.


Lost packages
Shipment companies do their best to reduce lost packages, but occasionally shipment fails. For this reason, we ask you to immediately contact the carrier to help you locate the lost shipment. While you may use the “Track My Package” services, they don’t always display precise data. If the carrier is not able to help, please email us at support@agnesandamalie.com


Stolen packages
If you are certain your package has been stolen, we encourage you to file a police report as stilling mail and packages are a punishable crime.
